Del Lago Resort & Casino Waterloo, Waterloo

I had a great stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located right off the New York State Thruway and close to the beautiful Finger Lakes. My room was fantastic – clean, spacious, and one of the nicest standard casino rooms I’ve ever experienced. The service was excellent, with attentive staff and a bright, spacious casino. On the downside, while there's great dining, I would love for more food options. Overall, this hotel offered good value for money, and I definitely enjoyed my stay.

I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel. The location was great, making it easy for me to access the Finger Lakes area, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I did find the service to be a bit hit-or-miss, which was kind of disappointing. Overall, it was a good value for the price, even if there were some areas that needed improvement.
